RED TEAM, BLUE TEAM, PURPLE TEAM, DREAM TEAM

There's a portion of the U.S. Army Special Forces creed that resonates with me every time I hear it; it talks about carrying on with the mission, even if you/I are the last.
I don't have to be special forces to follow wisdom; none of us do. Set the framework and live it, even when no one around you wants to; working within the bounds of our reality. There's no fantasy solutions
I've had to live in homes with, and work with people I didn't get along with, but that didn't mean I wanted the house as a whole to be insecure, or the job to not get done; because of internal dissatisfaction.
National security is far from an abandoned effort, but the lifestyle that comes with these considerations can be a lonely one.
Some of us are immersed in a crowd of people who couldn't possibly care less & at times may contribute to the risk & liability.
There's routinely a challange to our sanity for being aware, cautious, or prepared.
The U.S. military didn't pay for me to be paranoid; they paid for me to be sane, aware, cautious, and prepared.
Even when we are alone, we are not alone.
